Sophos Client Firewall: option to install Sophos Firewall is unavailable in the Protect Computers wizard

Issue
When you use the 'Protect computers' wizard to install Sophos security software on your endpoint computers, the option to install Sophos Client Firewall is greyed out.

What to do

1. In EM Library, check which package(s) you have subscribed to. Sophos Client Firewall is part of the 'latest Windows Endpoint Security and Control (latest SAV + IDEs)' package. If you have not subscribed to that package, subscribe now.
2. Create the CID for the new package.
3. In Enterprise Console, open the Updating Policy and make sure the Primary server Address is pointing to \\servername\InterChk\SAVSCFXP.
4. Highlight the Group or the endpoint computer you would like to install the firewall on and click 'Protect computers'. This time the option to install the Sophos Client Firewall should be available.
